This is a pretty hand painted tea cup & saucer by EB Foley, English bone china.
The piece is marked as pattern V2190 and dates from 1948 to 1963.
The pieces are made of lightly scalloped white bone china with a pale green outer ring, green and gold trim, and hand painted floral motif.
The set is in excellent vintage condition with no visible wear or flaws.
The cup measures 2.9" tall, 4" long, 3.25" across at the lip, and 1.9" across at the foot.
