RARE 1940 ' S Vintage Japan (?) Tin Toy Car. Litho Passengers.

For the discerning collector, is this 5 1/2 inches long Vintage tin toy car produced in the late 40's or very early 50's, I believe. I have not been able to find anything like it on the web or in collector toy books , so I don't absolutely know where it was manufactured. I’ve had a number of tin toy vehicles produced in Japan, so in my judgement it appears to have been made there, No company name nor country appears on the car, but what does appear under it, is that someone has sande...d the bottom of the car (?) prior to my ownership . Why it was done is anybody’s guess...I purchased it at a toy show years ago, just as it looks now, and it went into storage until now. Yes, the little sedan has a few nicks, scrapes, bumps and chips and is a bit dirty, but its character ( and its passengers ) shine above these minor elements of patina. This is a fine example of litho artwork and so representative of the existing culture, style, and fashion of the immediate post-war period. Priced according to its personality, rarity, and condition.
