A rare solid silver & enamel spoon made for Liberty & Co by William Hair Haseler & designed by the famous Archibald Knox.This spoon would have been sold through Liberty's London store in Regent street as part of the Cymric range of silver that was designed by Archibald Knox.The spoon design incapsulates the Art Nouveau period with the terminal of natural form with delicate shooting buds against a peacock blue and green enamel.This ra...re and desirable Liberty & Co spoon would make a great present or addition to any collection.With clear hallmarks for Birmingham assay office, date letter C for 1927 & the distinctive three diamond mark for Liberty & Co.
