Original Description:
Spanish Civil War used Italian M33 helmet, complete. Manufactured and issued 1936-1939. Helmet was used in the Spanish Civil War 1936-1939 by both Italian and Spanish troops under Franco. 
Outside paint is the original Italian light green. Very sparse  No dents, no stack marks. A small hairline crack is on the back rim.  Control number on inside back rim is covered by rust, barely visible. 
Liner is brown leather and is size 59 (large). Leather is dirty b...ut very good. No leather deterioration. Chinstraps are  original Italian but in torn, relic condition & missing buckle (at one time the original owner cut and sewed the buckle strap together). Back vertical brace and one of two vertical braces on the right side of the liner frame are broken, does not effect wearability or function. No dome cord.
