8 Quart Pan with LidThis vintage All Clad Cop R Chef pan was manufactured in the USA at their plant in Canonsburg, PA.The pan has an exterior of copper with an aluminum core and a polished stainless steel interior.The heavy gauge copper outer layer produces unparalleled evenness of heat, allowing precise control for delicate recipes. It is prized by professional chefs and gourmet cooks. You will find low to medium heat is sufficient to heat the pan.You can keep the copper polishe...d to a high luster or let it to antique, to its natural patina.The warmth of the copper is accented by the brass handles. All Clad only made the Cop R Chef line with brass handles from 1971 to 1984, when they switched to stainless steel.
