This is a beautiful piece of petrified wood, with an oil painting of a Native American. The artist looks to be Ron Fernandez. I spoke to him at the auction sale and he was sad to sell, but his wife forced the sale. He verified it was petrified wood. The stand also looks to be petrified wood. The main piece is 9 3/4" tall, and 14" wide. This is a very well done item, as you can see, in the pictures. This is a heavy item, almost 8 pounds shipping. Thanks for looking
