SPACE ALIEN or OLD MAN Jiggler Russ Berrie Cal Themes Oily Rubber 1960's 1970's
In the 1960's people would hang crazy rubber jigglers from their car mirrors, but this one is made to sit on a shelf... or wherever! It's in very good condition. It's small enough that it might have been a capsule toy that you'd get in a gumball-type machine. Still supple and oily. It's about 2.5" tall x 2.5 inches wide. On the back there is a © symbol and some lettering, but I can't tel...l what it says.
