The cut pieces from the original box appear to have been shell...acked onto the case. Nothing is guaranteed for 30-40 year old video tapes, but played fine the last time it was viewed. Pics are of the playback of the actual tape for sale at the time it was listed. This is part of a wave of listings of mainly horror vhs tapes I had from my video store which closed last year.
