This is a complete Lejopyge laevigata from the Middle Cambrian of Tasmania. Complete... trilobites of this genus are extremely difficult to find - usually they are disarticulated or found as parts. The cephalon, thorax, and isopygus pygidium are beautifully articulated. The detailed bug is nicely showcased on the large plate of colorful sandstone matrix.
