This is an antique General Electric brass blade, 3 speed electric oscillating desk fan. Oscillates as it should, it works on all 3 speeds, & the cord & plug are in great condition. I admit that I know nothing about collectible fans, but I believe any fan collector would be proud to own this beauty. It was purchased at an estate sale.
