Hand painted with cluster of blue flowers , green leaves and branches. Gold trim around scalloped edges 2 3/4" Very delicate and in perfect condition. Green mark “H & Co.” ”L” ”France” (Although it is hard to read, I know this is what it is because I purchased another like it with a clearer mark). A dictionary of pottery marks dates this at 1840 and another at 1891. Please feel free to ask questions.
