This Mid Century Modern SQUARE Turquoise Plastic Cake Plate/Cover/Saver from Federal Practical Housewares, Chicago 45, USA was purchased from the original owner as she was downsizing. It's a wonderful piece, the lid lifts off by pressing a tab handle - the other tab handle is stationary and the top locks in.Plate measures approx 13" square, tab handles add 1 1/4" more.
Top measures approx 11 1/2".The cake saver stands 6 1/2" tall, at white plastic handle it's 7 1/2".The desig...n on front is a cake slice w/knife/fork/spoon and in black letters "cake".This is in very good previously owned and lightly used condition. Please view pics as they are part of description.It only weighs 2 lbs but will need an oversized box for mailing.
