RCA Vintage Microphone Preamp/Mixer MI - 38183A RARE - Almost One Of A Kind

This was found along with a RCA 44A ribbon mic. We have not been able to find any information on this whatsoever. It has a BEAUTIFUL RCA meatball logo, and cosmetically in ok shape. On the back it looks like it was modified or fixed in some way.
On the inside, a capacitor is loose and roaming around freely. And because of that, there has been no attempt to turn it on to try it out.
It very is fine but will need some TLC. Was in a fairly clean storage unit. I would exc...ept some dust but no water damage or anything of the sort.
