Includes four metal cones (dome shaped) and includes instructions for use on the underside of the lid. For size reference, the box measures 7 3/4 inches long. Original box shows surface wear and staining as pictured, instructions have some tearing, the cones themselves have no damage, but do show some light tarnish.
