Hello, again, Ebayers! I've barely scratched the surface in my quest to clean out my grandparents Long Island home of 30+ years of garage selling items. I'd like to hold my OWN garage sale to get rid of this stuff, but local ordinances prohibit it, so it's either sell it here or rent a few dumpsters. So far, I've been doing OK on Ebay, so I'll continue for awhile. Let's get started! THIS item is an ANTIQUE GERMAN LEAD CRYSTAL 1897 .3 LITER LIDDED BEER STEIN in MINT CONDITION! It is personalized on the pewter lid with a wild monogram that could really be ANYTHING, and the date 6/24/97, written in European style (24.6.97) It is etched "0.3L" above the handle. It obviously was prized by the owner due to it's condition. The only clue that it was used at all is the wear to the base of being slid down a few miles of bar! Check out the pix! Any questions?
