For sale is a very rare full size Mickey and Minnie Mouse Tea Set made in France by Onnaing in the 1930's. The full set for six very rarely comes up for sale and we do not believe it has ever been offered on eBay. Individual pieces do come up from time to time and partial sets for four (missing the cookie plates) have been offered twice on eBay in the last 10 years.Included in the set are the teapot, sugar bowl, creamer, six tea cups, eight saucers (two extras) and two cook...ie plates. The lid to the sugar bowl has been damaged and repaired as can be seen in the pictures. As this is a tea set that was used, there is wear throughout though we do not see any significant damage (chips and breaks) other then the lid to the sugar bowl.We acquired this at an auction in France and in our nearly twenty years of collecting this has been the only time we have had or sold a complete set.Due to the fragile nature of the set, that it is used and that the lid to the sugar bowl is repaired, the set is sold “AS IS. WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO CONDITION.” Please view the pictures closely.The set will be sent fully insured (that is why shipping is high). Should it arrive damage, we will file an insurance claim and your money will be refunded. However, given its value, it is likely that the shipping company will pick up the entire set and not only individual broken pieces. We mention this as, since we are selling this as is, if it is damaged we will not be able to give a "partial refund" but only full refunds for return of the entire set.
