This listing is for a 52g sample of Titanium metal in the form of a machined crystal bar. Purity is 99.99%. Crystal bars like these were produced in the former Soviet Union by the crystal bar process aka van Arkel–de Boer process which results in extremely pure metal. These are rarely offered for sale and are becoming extremely hard to find. This piece has been machined on one end and threaded. There is also a hole drilled completely through the bar from... one side to the other. It's still an interesting piece and has a beautiful crystalline surface. This is a unique form of Ti metal not commonly found. This would make a great addition to someones element collection. Please check my other listings for more element samples.
