Dracula remains in wonderful working condition. I tested it and both arms move, the head moves, horror sounds working as well!
This is a great vintage 1992 Halloween Display figure from Telco. Always stored in its original box. Box is in decent shape too. One of the nice features is that you can turn off / lower the sound with the volume contol. There is a separate toggle swith to power the motion of the arms and head. Very well made. Considered used and being sold as is. No return...s. Thanks for looking!
