Original Description:
Antique coffee bean dispenser, don't know a whole lot about this item, it is pictured in the book "Coffee Antiques" by Schiffer. Appears to be tin, front half has a chrome like finish where as the back is unfinished top knob, pouring spout and scoop and its holder are brass. I cannot find a makers mark anywhere, stands 32 1/2" tall and has a 13" diameter. There are small spots of rust showing and a couple of creases seen in photos. I don't imagine many of these survived in this great c...ondition. I would estimate that it holds approx. 30-40 lbs. of coffee beans or what ever else you may want to store.
