This is an original 2.5" round medallion encased in clear acrylic that measures 4" high x 4" wide x 1" deep at the base. These were gifted to Disney VIP's & Executives in 1971 to commemorate the grand opening of Walt Disney World in October of that year. Each medallion has a number stamped on the rim, this particular one is number 2194. Just FYI, each and every "Walt Disney World Official Opening Oct 1971" Medallion that was made by Disney... has it's number engraved on the outer rim like this one.
My opinion is that this is in very good condition given the age and I've uploaded multiple photos (with different backgrounds) so you should be able to see the detail for yourself, please let me know if you still have any questions.
