Zeiss Ikon Contaflex TLR Camera Case Vintage Leather Rare

This is a genuine Zeiss Ikon Contaflex TLR leather case. In general the camera that resided in this case would have and still is somewhat a cadillac of the industry. Not a lot were produced and most are still prized possesions. This is from an estate sale lot so not much is known about use/origin. All of the snaps still function.
The condition is well used with repairs by previous owner. Straps seem to have had some cord sewn into them. Top of the case ...is held on by a few strong stitches at the corners, this is pictured. A few other spots where previous owner repaired leather with sewing, Please see pictures for best description of case condition. Back metal holder seems a little rusted. Zipper on top works. Some buttons show signs of corrosion, but work.
Looking around I haven't seen any other models with a zippered pocket on the top, I'm guessing it would be to hold a lens cap, but would appreciate any thoughts or insights.
