This is the S.T. Dupont Opus X 2006 Line 2 Lighter and matching Cigar Cutter. These are made in France and the Lighter says 18/150 on the bottom.
ST Dupont has a long history of creating lighters and accessories for major tobacco and cigars manufacturers. OpusX has issued 2 lighters in the past (mid 1990's) but 2004 was a beginning of new era, followed by an immediate success in 2005 and a crown ach...ievement in 2006 for the Fuente family.
