Rare Disney Auction 1/1 Gold Prototype The Little Mermaid Framed Sketch Pin Set. Condition is Used. Please see photos for condition. This is a beautiful framed animation study of Ariel. This set is a rare 1 of 1 gold prototype set which consists of three oversized pins: Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder. In addition, there is a fourth pin in the lower corner representing the DCA Animation Building logo. As a background to the pins, there are a series of sketches of Ariel and her two ...good friends (especially appealing is a wave sketch on which the Sebastian pin sits). The frame is factory sealed and was never opened. The matting has the 1/1 marking on the bottom right corner. The larger edition sets are black metal and are also hand numbered on the frame matting. There are 2001 sets and 201 Artist's Proof.
