Up for your consideration:
A very nice 1800's military eagle button.  This piece is marked Scovill Mfg Co Waterbury Conn.  It measures 7/8" and appears to be brass. We know very little about buttons and have made no attempts to clean/repair these.
These all came from a local, southern Wisconsin estate.
