Vintage/Antique Morimura Bros Nippon Chocolate Pot Set Tea Coffee Porcelain

Have a small Nippon marked Chocolate/Cocoa/Tea set. Comes with 6 cups and saucers, Pot with lid, and bowl and ladle (I believe for sugar).
This was found when cleaning out a family members estate, I do not know much about the items. They all appear to be in very good condition, I did not find any chips, cracks or crazing on any of the pieces. (there is one small chip on the bottom of the saucer that is smoothed out on the unglazed section) They do appear to need a ...good cleaning as the have been in storage (I did not clean). A couple of pieces do appear to have some "yellow" substance on them, mostly on the handle of the cups around the gold leafing, not sure if this may be a glue or oils from hands touching/etc. Gold leafing appears to also be in excellent shape, I did not see any wearing areas or missing/worn gold leafing.
