From a recent estate sale is a Vogue Jill doll for you to repair or restore. Jill is about 10" tall and is a walker with blue sleep eyes that need a little help with opening and closing. Her blonde hair needs help - I'm not sure if it has been cut or what. She is a walker and that mechanism works fine and there are no cracks in her plastic body. Her arm stri...nging is okay as the arms will hold their position. She has remnants of earrings - the metal here is corroded. She has a reddish spot on her butt and she has lost a little polish on her nails.The record hop skirt isn't tagged but does have her name on it! It just needs to be pressed - the snap is in place. There is a half slip which has a small area of separation at the waist and one small spot near the seam just above the hem. The red panties have some white threads that don't look original. These are probably where the red spot on her butt comes from. The blouse is not tagged. The snaps are marked Starlet Dot. The snaps and the metal backs for the rhinestones down the center of the blouse all show signs of corrosion. There is elastic at the hem of the blouse and this has come away from the fabric at a couple of places. The blue dress is tagged Vogue Dolls. It has a dark spot on the front and the hook and eye have some rust. Unless otherwise specified my items are preowned and vintage - they are not new. I will describe any damage or problems aside from what would be considered normal wear - but you should expect some wear on them.
