This is a pastry or cookie server from Sweden. The hallmark shows SV Roster, Sweden, and a design/product number. The hallmark also shows STRL as an abbreviation for Sterling. However, I do not see a fineness mark for the silver so I cannot tell that. The handle is done in a floral motif in an Art Nouveau style. The server part is circular and measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter. It also has "serrated" edges that would help in sliding under the pastry ...to get it on the server. The entire piece measures approx. 6 1/4 inches long. It comes in its original box. The box shows storage wear but the server is in excellent condition with no scuffs or scratches. It would appear that the server was never used or else used very, very seldom. Ship to US only by USPS.
