This is a phenomenal antique print is a hand-colored engraving from 1775, making it over 235 years old! It depicts a beautiful elephant. The print is a high quality steel engraving. You can see the plate marks from where it was pressed into the quality paper. The page is in good condition, but does have foxing and smudging (see scan!). The page measures approx. 8 x 8.25 inches, and the actual image size (without margins) is approx. 6 x 6.5 inches.
