You're looking at a VTG ANTIQUE TOBACCO TIN DILL's BEST SLICED CUT PLUG TIN FACTORY RICHMOND VA. The tin is in used condition, it shows signs of wear as scratches, paint chips, light dents, age patina and dust. It has the remain of its tax stamp at its down base area. At its inside area it also shows signs of wear as stains, scratches, paint chips and dust. It measures 6" x 3" x 1" approx. I found it at an Estate Sale.
