I have quite a bit of G3-G4 era PowerBook items coming up for auction, clearing some space in my collection.
PowerBook WallStreet/PDQ 1998Sonnet-made Aftermarket G3 CPU Upgrade500MHZ G3 (the fastest ever made for these PowerBooks)RAM included Tested to boot/chime in a WallStreet, no further testing done.
Here we have Perhaps one of the rarest accessories for the original and revised PowerBook G3 WallStreet/PDQ. The CPU daughter card is easy to install. These can be notorious...ly finicky in using the sonnet software, available freely on the Internet, to load the system boot ROM onto the card. I recommend making sure your machine has a good PRAM battery.
Includes FREE complete but broken/not booting PowerBook WallStreet 13.3", which has the sonnet sticker affixed to the display bezel. mostly I am supplying the PowerBook for the sake of supplying the very rare little sticker.
