Good antique or vintage condition, looks intact, has some dings, wear and patina, for decor. I did not test it with fluid but there are no holes or other reasons apparent why it would not hold fluid.
Says "Duparquet Boston" stamped on it.
From an estate sale, I do not know it's history, did not polish; I left it the way I found it.
I think this was likely a water dispenser, but not 100% on that.
It's about 21" tall, 14" diameter, and weights a little over 10 lb...s.
