Here is a 3" Diameter Buckeye Steam Whistle With Built In Valve. The bell measures 3" wide and 5 1/4" tall. Overall height with the 1" pipe (which is built into the whistle) is 14". I added a 1" flange to help stand it up and it is included. It is in very good condition with no dents. I did take this whistle apart to lightly clean it inside and out.
