Disneyland Opening Day July 17, 1955 Souvenir Pocket Knife, Goofy (Disneyland, 1970s) An infamous "fantasy Disneyana" souvenir pocket knife featuring Goofy. These knives appeared in the collector's market around the 1970s and are marked as if they were sold at Disneyland's opening day. However, the Goofy image on the knife is a more modern version than would have been used in 1955. Despite the unusual history of these knives, they are actually quite desirable among collectors and have ...earned a unique place in Disneyana history.
