Original Description:
Very Nice Griswold No 14 cast iron skillet fantastic restored condition. The spyrolling factory polishing marks are in such great condition, it has an almost hypnotic effect on the eyes. The cooking surface is free from corrosion and utensil scores. Twelve sheets of printer paper stops movement on a glass stove top. No chips, cracks or repairs and does not spin.
This item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process insu...res the removal all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. One round of seasoning at 450 degrees with Crisco for several hours. No chips, cracks or repairs to the pan. This item is photographed in very bright light to highlight fine details. Under these lighting conditions, pan may take on a brown color.
