Antique Shell Gas Pump Globe
Description:Presented for your consideration is this antique gas pump globe. The large globe is made of milk glass and is in the shape of a clam shell. On both sides it reads "Shell." The lettering was originally a dark red color but has worn off over time. The outline for the lettering is still visible on both sides of the globe thanks to the letters being molded into the glass. Around the side edge of the fitter it is marked with "Made in U.S.A." This ...globe is an AUTHENTIC and ALL ORIGINAL globe. GUARANTEED TO BE ANTIQUE; not a reproduction/copy. This neat globe would make a great addition to any gas station memorabilia or advertising collection!As previously stated the paint has worn away over time. 1 small surface crack and a couple swirl glazing marks, still solid though.Light age and use wear. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details. Measures approximately 18" wide, 9" deep and 18" tall.
