I don't see any scrapes or scratches on the disc, just some dust that can easily been wiped away. Plays with no issues! This is a promotional DVD of The Cranberries Live recorded live at the London Astoria 2 on January 14, 1994. I'm not sure how rare this is, I've only seen one on eBay, which is this one, but I'm also not a very hardcore collector so it may be more common than I realize! If the bidding goes above $20, I'll ...ship it first class (within the United States). I'll cover the difference.
