ITEM CONDITION: Many of my items are vintage or previously owned and may have defects or imperfections. I describe them to the best of my ability and do my best to show them in the photos. but being human, I may occasionally miss something. NEW PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be made WITHIN 3 DAYS to avoid an unpaid item case being opened. For the life of me, I don't understand why anyone would bid on or purchase something they can't afford, but If for some reason you cannot pay, or need more time, at least have the courtesy to contact me to let them know.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: I have several great international buyers who pay on time, and for that I thank you. Unfortunately though, international buyers make up about 90% of those who never pay and don't contact me. It's simply rude and disrespectful. If this continues, I will need to discontinue international sales.
SPEED OF SHIPPING: I ship within 48 hours of payment and upload tracking information for you to refer to. I DO NOT have any control over the speed of delivery once your package leaves my possession, and do not have any more information about where your package is than you do. Buyer agrees to not hold me responsible for slow deliveries that were processed within the 48 hour time frame.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please be aware that international parcels can take a long time to arrive. As stated by a postal worker, "Once the parcel leaves the United States and arrives at customs, USPS does not have any way to track the package. Customs, for whatever reason, can hold the parcel for as long as they feel necessary." There are cases where they never release the parcel, and I nor USPS can do anything about it. Buyer agrees to not hold me responsible for slow or undelivered parcels that were processed within the 48 hour time frame.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: I automatically ship higher value packages priority or add insurance. I also offer the option of priority shipping on all other orders, which includes up to $50.00 insurance. If a priority package is damaged in shipment or lost, the buyer agrees to go through the insurance process for refund. If the first class or media shipping option is selected, the buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for lost or damaged in transit packages.
