I set my charge only to cover actual shipping costs which include the box or padded envelope, packing, and insurance, RETURN POLICY: Because of a few bad experiences I have had to add the following: Buyer agrees to contactand communicate with the seller before filing any action with ebay to just automatically return a damageditem. Buyer agrees that if an item is damaged in shipment he will work with the seller in filing and supporting any damage claim to the insured shipper. It has only happened a couple of times in over thousands of sales but, for any item that arrives damaged, the buyer is required to process the insurance claim. I will furnish any required documentation needed to initiate the claim. Save all packing for postal inspection along with the item. The postal service will reimburse you in part or fully based upon the extent of the damage or lost parcel.
