Original Description:
This is a hand made Charatan's Make, Crown Model #2 bent brandy from the Lane era. Beautiful flame grain with a reddish stain surrounds the bowl. The Crown Model features a long black vulcanite shank extension followed by a slightly bent DC stem. This gives the pipe a sleek and sporty look. I have attempted to preserve the stampings on the shank extension and stem by not buffing that area. This gorgeous pipe is a beautiful reminder of the way pipes used to look and I can only imag...ine how it must smoke. This will be left to the new owner.
