Small infantry shovel made at the plant named after Stalin in the city of Pavlovo in 1943. Prior to 1943, shovels were made qualitatively, using rivets. These shovels are quite expensive. The loss a shovel could be equated to loss of personal weapons and soldiers could be given to a tribunal. After 1943, the Soviet army began receiving cheaper shovel, which was attached to the handle of the shovel 2 screws.Shovel in excellent condition. Painted to protect again...st corrosion.MEASURES :  LENGTH  50.5 CM X  WIDTH 15 CMATTENTION!
