There is some water stain and torn edges but it is basically limited to the perimeter....if you frame it, can always be cut or trimmed and you won't see any, or very little.
As is, measures 18" H x 13" W
Colors and depiction of the bouquet is lovely and clear. Roses, anemone, lily of the valley, violets - all pretty and old fashioned and artfully depicted.
