5 " Diameter Steam Whistle Long Bell Single Chime 40 1/2 " Tall / Traction Engine

Read full description before bidding.Here is a 5" Diameter Extra Long Bell Steam Whistle. The bell measures 5" wide and 30 1/4" tall. Overall height is 40 1/2", and it has a 1 1/4" threaded connecting inlet. It is very heavy weighing 32.74 pounds. The painted part of the bell is metal, and the rest is made of bronze. I did take it apart to clean it and repaint the metal part of the bell. The last picture shows how I got it before cleaning. It does have a brace ...(called a spider) to hold the bell in place, to keep it straight while under pressure. The pipe stand is not included and was used to get good pictures. I will have to ship it in 2 boxes, one for the bell, acorn and center stud, and a smaller box for the bowl and languid plate. If you need a 1 1/4" valve for it, I will have one that will sell shortly after this whistle sells and can ship together.
