This vintage Bagley lure is in excellent condition as seen in the photos. It stamped on its stomach Bagley’s Diving B-111, it is in its original packaging, and appears to have never been removed. This is a lure that is highly wanted by collectors, due to the rareness of the lure itself, the rarity of its color, and especially due to the lure remaining in its original packaging.-I list all items as accurately as possible, and provide a description of any issues I may find. However, pl...ease inspect all pictures, we are all human and occasionally "overlook" flaws. Therefore, if you notice any discrepancies, regarding the pictures and my description, please bring this to my attention so it can be corrected.
-I ask that all pictures are viewed, and the description provided is read, prior to bidding on an item, sending an offer, or choosing to "buy now." - Payment is to be received within 48 hours after winning a bid. Payment for Buy Now Purchases or Best Offer Purchases are due as soon as possible, but no later than 12 hours. Once 12 hours has past, and no payment has been received, I will cancel the purchase and re-list the item.
- Item(s) will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days for quick arrival. I do my best to ship items on Saturdays, however occasionally this may not be feasible.
- I do not seek to profit from shipping charges. I DO NOT CHARGE ANY PACKAGING OR HANDLING FEES. I try my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, therefor, items that weight 1 pound or less are generally shipped via USPS first-class mail, and items that weight over 1 pound will be shipped via USPS priority (unless stated differently in the listing). If you prefer expedited shipping, please let me know, and include your zip code in the message, so I can quote you a shipping cost.
-I DO COMBINE SHIPPING!! If I can ship multiple items in one box, to the same buyer at the same time, I charge one shipping cost, which is based on the WEIGHT of all items being shipped, EXCEPT for individual small items, such as fishing lures.
-COMBINED SHIPPING FOR INDIVIDUAL LURES WILL BE A SET PRICE, the full shipping price (usually $5 or less) will be charged for the 1st lure, then an additional $0.75 will be charged for each additional lure being shipped ON THE SAME DAY.
- I package all products as "safe" as possible to ensure they arrive to you in the condition in which the item(s) is shipped; however, occasionally damages occur during shipment. If damages occur due to postal handling please reach out to me as soon as the package is delivered.
-Refunds/Returns will be considered, if it is a legitimate issue, and the fault is mine. I do not provide a warranty on any of my listings; however, if you are dissatisfied with any item(s) you buy from me, please return it intact within 30 days and I will refund the price of the item. If the shipping charge was free for the buyer, then this cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
-The BUYER will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, so please ensure that you view all pictures, read the descriptions, and ASK ANY QUESTIONS, prior to making a purchase. I ask that you contact me immediately in order for the concern/issue to be mutually resolved.
