Rare US Made China Burma India Shoulder Patch Like I Have Never Seen Before

Over the 40 years of patch business I have owned thousands of CBI patches.I have never seen one quite like this one ever.The patch appears US made with a blue wool felt base and soft almost silk red and white stripes on the bottom portion.It appears to have been on a shirt there is a crease like you see on pressed army shirts with insignia on the sleeve.The third scan shows a stitch line just inside the blue border.All I know is it doesn't glow it appears to be WW2 construction and it'...s neat as hell.Bid away it is a neat looking patch.
