Agave Titanota 9" White Ice This auction is for one beautiful Agave Titanota Rancho Tambor 'White Ice.'Measured from one spine to the opposite furthest spine, the agave is approximately 9." This agave is native to Mexico.Will grow to around 24" x 24" so it will do well in a small-sized pot for a while before transitioning to a bigger pot or the ground.This gorgeous agave has a nice bluish-gray powdered coating that gives way to a variegated mid-stripe as the coating wears off (pi...cture 8).
Features for this particular agave: strong leaf coating...leaving a nice pattern on the front and back sides. Leaf width is almost 4" which makes this agave a standout!
This gorgeous specimen is approximately two years old and is definitely a conversation piece for your collection.
Never touch the coating of an agave, as it will not regenerate! As with most agaves, the coating wears off as the leaf dies.However, new leaves will appear, so never worry!
