This is a vintage Hot Wheels Tune Up Tower from 1969. The plastic, three-level tower comes with a battery powered elevator and "Dyno-Meter, " working tilt-ramp with handle, original decal sheets with most decals unused (they are still sticky), 6 of the original screws for fastening the tower together (not really needed but nice to have), the original Mattel Hot Wheels wheel wrench, two 24-inch straight track sections and a merge track. The motor for the elevator and Dyno-Meter works fi...ne operating on 2 "D" cell batteries. The battery compartment is very clean (batteries are not included to keep shipping weight down). The plastic belts for the elevator and the Dyno-Meter are a bit loose and do not always catch; the gear movements are a bit loud and may suggest the need for some repair work or lubrication. The set is otherwise in very good condition overall; the only damage I could find are a few missing tabs at the corners of the second floor (not critical; the floor stays solidly in place in the four posts; see the last photo with finger pointing to area with a missing tab--the tab is in place on the other corner around the post in the same photo). This set does not appear to have been used very much at all.
The Tune Up Tower measures about 14 inches by about 11 inches and is about 12 inches tall. The Tower will be shipped disassembled to save shipping cost. The set assembles fairly easily and I would suggest looking at photos of the assembled tower for guidance (the original instructions are not included but I have seen them online elsewhere if desired). ***Please carefully review the multiple photos for more details.*** Ships by your choice of either USPS Priority Mail (expedited) or USPS Parcel Select Ground (economy)--click shipping tab for options and pricing for your Ebay-registered address.
