Rare Gemmy 12 ft haunted house.  I purchased this locally a few months back and was told it was in excellent condition.  I just tried it now and it has issues.  One of the zippers is broken and there are a lot of holes.  I put tape over the ones I found so I could take pictures.  The sound box works. I do not have the time to dedicate to fixing it.  I am starting this a lot lower than what I paid for it and I am just trying to recoup some of the money.&nbs...p; It does come with the stakes and cords.  Please see pictures, no returns this is being sold as is.    Thanks for looking!
