Only Known Example and VERY RARE Little Rock Commemorative Silver Dollar and Copper Medal Set. See U.S. Mint ERROR on Silver Coin Just As It Came From The U.S. Mint. I am not quite sure what caused this unusual error on the obverse at approx. 11: O'clock. I do know it is exceedingly rare and the only example I have seen or heard of. It only occurred on the obverse as I see no sign of anything on the reverse. Many times I would have resold this without opening but I am sure happy ...to have opened this set.
