Late 1940's to Late 1950's - Federal or National Eagle with USN.This Pattern Was Made Specifically for the Admiral's Mess to Replace the WWII era 2, 3 and 4 Star Flags. Federal eagle holding olive branch and arrows above U.S.N. 13 stars surround the bowl.9" diameter, made by Shenango China, New Castle, PA. The back of the plate has their logo and A8. The bowl is in pristine condition with no utensil marks or crazing.
