I purchased this vintage radio at an estate sale.  It is a vintage Westinghouse Seven Seas Marine radio.  It says it is Rechargable and Solid State.  When plugged in the radio works and the light on the dial works.  It includes the paperwork (instructions) and (I think) headphones sealed in plastic-please see picture to confirm what they are.  I did open the case and there was a tube or case to hold batteries.
